Today, we are introducing you to "Shereese Floyd"

Share info about you, where you are from originally and where you are now, and what you do?

I am from Norfolk, Virginia but now live in Charlotte, NC. I am a storytelling coach. As a storytelling strategist and consultant, I help women tell their stories and raise their voices so that they are impossible to ignore.

What have you overcome? Share a little about your topic.

I am a survivor of narcissistic abuse. I will discuss how to use your story to heal. I'll share the three phases you go through as you go from victim to survivor.

How did you know you needed to change?

I knew I needed to change when I no longer wanted to live because I'd lost myself in the face of someone else.

What steps did you take to implement change?

The steps I took were to get a healing team around me who could help me navigate the trauma from all angles and to allow myself to feel. I also went through the three phases I'm going to discuss.

What encouraging words can you leave for the readers?

You are the altar, not the sacrifice.

What is your favorite quote?

Be yourself, everyone else is taken

Provide the best ways to contact you.
