Share some info about you. Where you are from, what you do, and what are your interests?
My name is Priscilla Baldwin, I am from Pensacola, Florida. I am the owner of Life Care Companions of Northwest Florida, a home/community based agency who provides services to the elderly and persons’ living with disabilities. We provide training for families, caregivers, professional caregivers, in dementia care. My interests are in self-care and personal development, I love reading and learning new things.
Why did you choose to be a part of this collaboration project?
Because it would be my first time being an author and being a part of something special with others and who have very important perspectives on different subject matters.
Share a little about your topic.
My topic is playing the victim at some point in all our lives we have done this knowingly or unknowingly. Sometimes circumstances put us in this position and we feel desperate, hopeless, and a range of emotions arise. We start to believe our own lies about the circumstance and fail to take responsibility for our actions.
What encouraging words can you leave for the readers?
To believe in yourself and your goals when everyone else has walked away.
