The purpose of this “Victorious Habits Challenge” workbook is to utilize this tool to create new habits that serve you well.  Definition of habits is a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up.  A habit is a routine of behavior that is repeated regularly and tends to occur subconsciously.  New behaviors can become automatic through the process of habit formation; thus the purpose of this workbook.
